Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.

During periods of high demand, promotional events, holidays, or new product launches, processing times may be extended slightly. We appreciate your patience while we carefully prepare your order.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Timeframes

Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout and may vary depending on: Delivery location, Courier operations, Seasonal demand, Customs processing (for international orders), & External carrier delays.

Shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are entered correctly before completing their order.

Lunara is not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or delivery issues caused by: Incorrect or incomplete addresses, Failed delivery attempts, Unclaimed packages, & Address changes requested after dispatch

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect shipping information, additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery responsibility transfers to the courier service.

Lunara is not liable for: Shipping delays outside our control, Lost or stolen parcels marked as delivered, & Delivery issues caused by courier providers

If you experience a delivery issue, we recommend contacting the courier directly using your tracking number for the fastest resolution. We will also do our best to assist where possible.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or additional charges required by their country.

Lunara is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

Order Changes & Cancellations
 

Due to our fast processing times, orders cannot be guaranteed for modification or cancellation once placed.
