REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
At Lunara, we take pride in creating a thoughtful beauty experience through carefully selected skincare and cosmetic products. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, we maintain strict return standards to ensure product safety and quality for every customer.
Returns & Eligibility
We only accept returns for items that: Arrive damaged or defective, Are incorrect due to a fulfillment error &
Remain unopened, unused, and in original condition.
To request a return, customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving their order. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on: Opened or used products,Tested skincare or cosmetic items, Sale or promotional items, Gift cards, & Limited edition or final sale products. Return requests submitted outside the approved timeframe may not be eligible for review.
Return Approval Process
To initiate a return request, customers must provide: Full name, Order number, Proof of purchase,& Clear photos of the product and packaging (if applicable).
All returns must be approved by Lunara before being sent back. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once a return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, & Processing times for refunds may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos so we can review the issue promptly.
Lunara reserves the right to deny refund or return requests that: Show signs of use or tampering, Appear fraudulent or abusive, & Do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy
